Pretty nice game.
BTW, INITIATE 11 can be completed in 8 moves instead of target 14.

RageByte responds:

You are right, thanks a lot for letting me know! Will be fixed soon.

EDIT: The level is fixed. It now requires 14 moves like intended.

Not bad. True, it could use some more skills, because being fun at first, it gets too repetitive.

A bug:
- Upgrading a skill reduces its casting cost in mana requirement function, but doesn't reduce its cost in mana draining function, resulting in negative mana when casting an upgraded skill.

Also it should be possible to change weapon used during the battle, not only in tavern. Otherwise there's no use for it, because changing a weapon causes You to loose one colour, but enemies still stay the same. You get a lot of not needed mana in the battlefied if You do that.

Hm. I noticed a bug: when I choose an UTF-requiring language such as Polish, font You have used lacks special characters. You have to embeed other, fuller font, at least for non-english language.

It would be much better, if it had some sounds effect. Check out freesound.org, please

I've noticed that keys are in the inner circle, and doors in the outer. Hope this helps somebody.
And the game itself - it's magic.

Don't submit it here. I understand, it's one of Your first games - rahter show it to some of Your friends, submit a game to the Internet only after You think it's a game a thousand men would play, rather than playing anything else.

It's just too weak to be good.
Also, "pause" and "back" buttons don't work. Game also lacks tutorial, one has to guess the controls. No music, lame graphics -it shouldn't be submitted here.

Not bad.
Though the game could use some descriptions in the upgrades panel - upgrade names are not self-explanatory. What is length? Does damage upgrade rifle only, or other weapons as well?
Are those bottom weapons damage upgrades?

I got most of it (I'm not sure what length does), but it would be better if I didn't have to experiment with it, as upgrades cost money - I wish I knew what I bought before packing my money into something I don't really need.

Very good game. I though first, it will be a big campaign, with lots of scenarios, but I see It's short to beat. What I love here is, I'm not sure how You did it, You have the right mouse button working. It seems a difficult thing to make in flash, as it's the first flash game I see to use this.

I liked it!

I liked, that if You let one of zombies get inside, You would hear Your currently equipped weapon being fired a few times.

I loved the chopper part, upgrades made sense.

My favourite weapon was of course lmg, I only used smg when I was completly out of ammo or had a clinger and wouldn't reload lmg on time. Combat shotgun was crappy.

By the way guys are tough - mutants can run faster than a car, jump higher than a gazelle on steroids, and when they grab one of soldiers, not only they don't manage to instantly break their arms, but get punched in the face and die! I think a knife stab or a pistol shot from the driver in a quick time event would suit better.

Also it would be nice if shooting of both of zombie's arms would also get it of Your car - that way disposing of helmet using zombies would be easier and more fun.

Art was really great, I also liked that You could rescue some civilians, instead of egoistically leaving them to their doom in first part. Even if You know, that the city is going to be nuked.

Good work!

Evil-Dog responds:

They dont die from the punch or elbow, they come back right away

I liked the game enough, to take a try to get all the endings. I couldn't get the bad ending, though. On my second try, when i decided not to "let strangers into your house", when someone knocked to my door for the third time, the game frozen at 16:00 - no hunger, fatigue or thirst was taken, but then i couldn't sleep, neither could i use any items.
Every attempt to scary me was successful - i jumped then and again even at my third try, when the nightmares occurred. I liked the game overall.
I can't get rid of the feeling, that the whole magic about which ending we get, is all about when do we let the blue character into our house. Let him all three times to get the good ending, don't let him only for the first time, to get neutral, and not sure what to do, to get the bad ending. Any real walkthrough would be welcome, as from the reviews I cannot see anything clear, and there are too many possible options. Is it real just our answers to yes/no or something other? How much time we spent in the dark? Did we wake up when nightmares occur? Did we chop wood in night? Did we sleep during a day? Did we spare hares? Did we clear all the bushes? Did we let our house to be consumed by darkness even for a minute? Possible options really are too numerous.

Placeable responds:

There are several factors taken into account for the ending you get. There are several minor ones like what you mentioned (I won't go into exactly what they are) and there are the three major ones and they are *drum roll* you guessed it! The three visits from the stranger.

The glitch you mention is known and I have a really hard time myself to recreate it. Really the reason for it is unknown to me and it seems like a really odd one.

Worst case when something like that happens is to simply refresh the browser and hit the game up with Continue to start off from the day you last played.

Sorry for that!

Glad you liked the game though and thanks for the review!
